Installing
Android says the app is blocked or "unsafe". What do I do?
- On the warning, tap More details.
- Tap Install anyway.
- If it is still blocked, open the Play Store, tap your profile, then Play Protect, then the gear icon.
- Turn off Scan apps with Play Protect, install Cinetor, then turn it back on.
Which download should I choose?
Android 13 and newer: the first option. Android 12 and below: Older Android. TVs and TV boxes: Android TV.
How do I install on Android TV?
Copy the APK with a USB drive or a file-sharing app, then open it with a file manager on your TV.
Why must I update?
Older versions stop working when a new release is published, so everyone stays on a version that plays properly. The update installs inside the app.
Watching
How do I skip in the player?
Double tap the left or right side to skip 10 seconds. On a TV remote, press left or right.
How do I change episodes while watching?
Use Next and Previous in the player, or tap Episodes at the top to pick any episode.
Can I watch in Hindi or Bangla?
Where a dub exists, tap Audio in the player to switch language. Not every title has one yet.
How do I use subtitles?
Tap CC in the player. You can search online, add your own subtitle file, and change the size, color and position under Subtitle style.
What is BDIX?
Local Bangladeshi servers. On supported Wi-Fi, Cinetor tries them first for fast playback, and otherwise uses other servers automatically.
Your stuff
Where are My List and Downloads?
Both are in Profile. Tap My List on any title to save it.
How do I remove something from Continue Watching?
Tap the X on its card, or Clear all to empty that section's row.
Is Cinetor safe to use?
Cinetor needs no account and asks for no personal details. Only install it from this website, and only allow updates from inside the app.
A title is missing. Can I request it?
Yes. Tap Request this title, or send one from Profile, then About.
